1. Cancel Anytime

You may cancel your OOOIOO membership at any time by either of the following methods: • By email: Send a message from your registered email address to support@oooioo.com with the subject line “Cancel Membership”. We will confirm receipt and process your cancellation within 3 business days. • Via the app: In the OOOIOO mobile or web app, open Settings → Membership → Cancel Membership. Follow the confirmation prompts to complete cancellation.

Once cancellation is processed:

• Your account will be deactivated, and your virtual card will be disabled.
• Any remaining prepaid balance will be automatically settled or refunded (if applicable).
• Access to sponsored AI tools will end at the close of your current billing period.

2. Refund Eligibility

OOOIOO memberships are primarily free or sponsored, and most users do not pay recurring fees. For any future changes in policies that requires a payment, the following rules apply:

• Within 14 days of purchase: You may request a full refund if no sponsored card activity (AI service transaction) has occurred.
• After 14 days or after first use: Refunds are not guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis for unused balance only.
• Refunds are always returned to the original payment method.

3. Reactivation

You may rejoin OOOIOO at any time by completing a new registration and KYC verification. Reactivation may require a new card issuance.

4. Termination by OOOIOO

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership if:

• you breach our Terms of Use;
• your account is inactive for more than 12 months; or
• your membership violates financial, regulatory, or sanctions policies.

If we terminate your account for reasons other than misuse or regulatory violation, we will refund any remaining prepaid balance.
